You are completely ready to make your entrance. Or are you? When it’s time to make a lasting impression, it may be important to address the skin, hair, and lashes as well. MOGA’s cosmetic services are designed to help a woman look as young as she feels! (And just to clarify, our cosmetic services are available to male patients as well.)

Are you struggling with wrinkles? JUVEDERM XC with Lidocaine is one of our most popular dermal fillers used for treatment. Young and healthy skin contains an abundance of hyaluronic acid (HA). As you age, sunlight and other factors may reduce the level of HA in your skin, causing it to lose structure and volume, and creating unwanted facial wrinkles and folds. JUVEDERM XC works to correct this by restoring HA in your skin, helping to diminish wrinkles and folds.

Another option, BOTOX, is a purified protein which can be injected to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines. BOTOX works by blocking the chemicals that cause the facial muscles to contract, thereby relaxing them. Target areas for treatment include frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.

GentleMax is a new laser treatment option which creates a beam of high-intensity light penetrating deeply into the skin. Inside the skin tissue, it delivers a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat. The laser is supplemented with a cooling burst of cryogen, which protects the upper layers of skin for an optimal treatment with minimal side effects, and no down time. GentleMax is successfully used for hair removal and the treatment of spider veins of the face and legs, age spots and pigmented areas caused by sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, as well as rosacea.

Additionally, skin tightening treatments have shown significant improvement for skin laxity not only in the face and neck, but also in other areas such as the arms and abdomen.

MOGA is also proud to offer ReGenerixMD, a new anti-aging skin care line. ReGenerixMD provides day repair, eye repair, skin repair, and night repair treatments. It combines the power of QBX wrinkle-fighting technology with a unique blend of peptides to improve the skin's texture, tone, and clarity. ReGenerixMD also helps diminish darkness, puffiness, and general skin discoloration around the eyes. Additionally, it is used to help with the healing of damaged skin.

We are now also offering LATISSE, which is an FDA-approved treatment to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker! In most cases, LATISSE more than doubles lash fullness in sixteen weeks.
